Reception staff seem quite abrupt and seem to be busy / annoyed when you phone up to make an appointment. At the clinic I heard a couple of people on reception haing heated works about working hours which was quite unprofessional... I was seen promptly which was good.

However, I went for an ultrasound 2 weeks ago and the results STILL have not been sent to my doctor. I have chased this twice now and do not undestand how hard this can be. I was referred to them by my doctor, but would have choosen another place if I had known. People are going to them for important health reasons, and a better service would be expected.

The member staff who I had the NT ultrasound with, was so unprofessional and with so unspeakable poor knowledge, that has let me with so many doubts about the results. I think I will have to go to a different place and have the exam done again. You can't play with these things lady.

The service is just a disgrace and the staff extremely disrespectfull. Few months ago I went there with my baby daughter, and when I picked her the result, the woman who served me was so rude that I was left speechless. Today I went again and witness the same employee treating a older woman in front of me with so much disrespect I could not believe it. Really disgusting...

The staff are extremely rude, they need a lesson in people skills. I saw them pick on a girl for asking the price of her scan, they then proceeded to tell her she wasn't entitled to Medicare because she wasn't from this country. She turned out to be a citizen. Disgraceful!
