I had an entertainment system installed in my car in 2010 by Fairfield Car Radio. I found the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, they gave me a good price and the installation was done professionally. It looked like the owner took pride in his work.
The reason why I'm writing this review so late is because of the excellent service I received over the years with them. I had to go back once or twice for minor tweaks to my system and they were always happy to help, free of charge. The latest was, one of the headrest screens started flickering. This was now more than three years later. They took it out, sent it away to the supplier who determined the screen was faulty. The supplier charged me for new screen ($100 or so) but that was all. The installation and everything else was free. I couldn't be happier.
If I need another entertainment system in a another car, I will definitely use Fairfield Car Radio again.
i have gone into the store with my sister on several occasions for her car needs and the staff have always been ready to help us with all our needs.they are very educated and very intelligent and know what exactly what you are looking for and want.congratulations on making us want to come back to your store over and over again.keep up the great work.
