I have just picked up my dogs and they have been given possibly the worst clips - not even close to a proper clip for the breed. One looks unfinished. I will not return.

We find that if we work together and get the exact cut that you want (we are always happy to make changes while you are here) and you continue to have the same groomer each time you come, you can have a much better experience. I do not recommend leaving your dog overnight. My dog was injured at tails r wagging and no one even noticed or contacted a vet. The dogs are not properly supervised and its basically just a room and they are shoved in nose to nose with the other dogs no proper way of introduction. I was very disappointed not worth the money you pay. I expected a much higher standard.
Paris Hilton would love this shop. Just the place to buy a pink jacket for that tiny toy pooch. Bigger dogs still enjoy the many treats on offer (there is even a Santa Claus for dogs at Xmas!). Good grooming service at the back of the shop. Once your faithful friend is nice and clean you can keep him fres with some doggy cologne (seriously)
