Amazing shop with so much to offer. Zoe and her team are extremely helpful and will guide you through what is required for weddings and christenings. The products are modern with a great variety. From Candles to christning outfits of magnificent design and amazing jewellery. A must visit!!!

The products at Takis and Kathys are inferior in quality to what other shops are offering. This store simply imports cheap products then sells them at a huge markup. They are way more expensive than most other stores alike. Sadly, this store is not what it once was!

I ended up purchasing online and my order was dispatched in record time.

Its funny whilst reading through the comments left 2014-03-17 and 2012-06-07, I thought these forums were for honesty of peoples experiences whilst shopping at different places? I think the good and the bad should be left for everyone to see; as long as it is genuine comments. Whilst I didn't have any where near a bad experience at Takis and Kathys I did find the staff very rude and not willing to help.

I have only ever written positive reviews on these review sites but people need to be warned about this place!



My daughter and I went in looking for a specific make and style of bridesmaid dress.



Terrible service. The staff was pleasant enough on the phone, but in person we were little more than a bother to staff.



Staff was disinterested and rude. Staff refused to let me review the size chart and forcefully ripped it from my hand as I was trying to understand the size differences.



Staff refused to allow us to try on the size we thought we wanted and tried to get us to try on one 2 sizes larger assuring us that they would alter it at an additional charge.



Too weird. Bad energy from the minute I went in. Waste of time.

While my friend found a BEAUTIFUL dress for a great price, the poor dress was dealing with some major brown spots because NO ONE here wears white gloves when handling the dresses! in fact they throw the customers in a room to put them on THEMSELVES! and then have their friends tie up the WHITE corset back ribbons with NO GLOVES leaving them with brown tips, and stains from make up on the dress.... ...read more
