Highly recommend this company!!! Speedy professional service from both their office staff and their tradesmen. Within hours of my hot water system breaking and me calling for an quote they had installed a new system, and had taken away the broken unit free of charge.
Very happy with the over all costs especially due to the quick attention I received.
From now on they will be my only call for any plumbing needs.
Watch these guys. I was happy to pay for labour and parts but I objected to being charged a Service Call of $71.50. When I asked what service they provided for this fee, I was told that it was their practice to charge everyone this fee. We live within
2-3ks of their workshop so they did not have excessive travel. They replaced 2 taps for me and I asked them to leave the old ones so I would have them as spares but I was told they would keep them because they sell them as scrap.
