Target

I was interested to purchase an ironing board. There was 3 faulty ironing boards on the shop floor. I phoned Target Morley early morning to see if they had more stock in their reserve. I was advised there was 4. I was happy and asked if he would put them on the shop floor and I would come into the store later in the afternoon.

At 3pm I went into Target Morley. The same 3 faulty ironing boards was still on the foor. I saw a Team Member I told them I had phoned in the morning and a person, staff not know who the person was. The person was organising to stock up the shelf. There are 4 in the reserve. Staff went to check the reserve. I live near The Galleria shopping centre. I now refuse to go into the Target store. The last few times have had collosal checkout queues. I found it highly unacceptable and refused to stand in a line of 20 - 30 people and have no idea why everyone else put up with it. They have lost me as a customer and am suprised theparent company (Wesfarmers) haven't told them to lift their game.

Nice store always good to find something special in. Don't always seem to hve the range that kmart does. But there are some good bargains to be found. There is some good qulaity products at a nice price available. Friendly staff and great ambience
