Terrible experience. So rude and unprofessional. He was rushing to finish the session (took less than 10 mins) and didn't even claim basic expenses everyone know. Total waste of money and we had to do it again.
If you want to do your tax with an accountant defiantly find someone knows his job and takes responsibility of what he does.
We have been using Tax Basics on and off for years now. They are really helpful, and reasonably prices. I'd recommend them to anyone. The only downside is they 'set you up with online software. I went somewhere else for that, but had a bad experience with lack of support and way overcharging. I'm back with Tax Basics now. They're quick and careful.
I was a customer of Majid Moradi for 14 months, happily believing Majid would do the right thing with my BAS and GST contribution requirements with the ATO. He sold us the accounting software for $1500 per year. This is ok, if it made it easier. The software soon became untenable as my wife would enter in data about 2 hours a night. This too was fine. However, the BAS and GST components came out wrong. We were concern and asked Majid for help, he assured us that he would and he would contact the ATO to make the
necessary changes. After 7 months of asking him to do it, we finally asked him if he would finally do it. His final answer before we left his services; was he did get our message. Over the last 7 months of emails and phone calls, his answer was he did not get our meaning
or message and he had no intention of helping. Good luck to anyone who trusts him.
