Taxis Combined

We booked for a taxi who came 20 minutes early then left. We re booked. The driver kept adding all these surcharges and tipped himself which I didn’t even realise until I had the receipt. It would have been cheaper to park overnight at the airport even though we were only in the car for 18 minutes and the driver didn’t know his way to the domestic terminal so my husband had to direct him the whole way. Huge rip off

Made a booking a day before and the taxi never showed up. I called the booking line to find out they had a system issue, but when you are trying to get to the airport to catch a flight this is unacceptable.

Called for 63 hours so far regarding my $500 phone left in the taxi. No answer to lost property... for 63 hours! Left voicemails, facebook messages, filled out forms...

i wish i could give less than 1 star. i would give -10 stars. terrible service, was picked up less than 10 minutes from home, was told that it would be $15 dollars.. upon arriving home it was nearly $40.. when i brought it to the attention of the driver, driver screamed at me and my two other girlfriends in the car that driver was going to call the cops if we didn't pay and get the hell out of their car. i am appalled... i was mistreated, overcharged and when i called the company to get assistance the management said "well isnt that too bad now?".. i am disgusted, i will never call them again. the taxi number was 7446. i was overcharged more DOUBLE what i was told and was not spoken to in a professional manner, in any way shape or form. when i contacted customer service, they completely overlooked the problem and told me that what i was charged was correct and thanks for my time. not one person could help me resolve this issue and now my bank account is overdrawn, ...read more

This taxi service is ridiculously pathetic. I made sure I booked at least 45mins before my train was due because I had a flight to catch. I called 10mins after the due pick time & was informed there wasn't a taxi available. Why wait for the customer to call? After waiting, another 10mins still no taxi, another phone call to 'customer service'. The unhelpful no-service operator repeating the pick up details and still no resolution staff rudely up hung up. Clearly this business does not care about customer recommendations or retention. I will not use this service again. I would rather catch a bus or walk - it's quicker and without the bad service.
