I've have been with Taxplanners since 2009 and I have nothing but praise for the service they offered. The agents are very quick to message and resolve issues and for someone who finds finance a giant headache, the process is painless and fast. Thank you from my hopelessly disorganised, leave it to the last minute heart.
My case was little bit complicated as I need to lodge five years tax return( individual and company) and I have 7 different accounts and had transactions in all these accounts. 5 years receipts were kept in a big box. I went to one accountant earlier who just simply calculated figures on ONE bank statement and then told me I need to pay $8000 GST/year and around $8000 tax. I was told my account was too messed up!
Referred by a friend, I came to taxplanners werribee branch. I am very satisfied with their work! Karen helps me to download electronic banks statement and organize the receipt. All the relevant data were input in the excel sheet and calculation were made base on these figures. And later she also sent me all the working sheets and relevant tax documents.
My wife and I did our tax return and set up family trust for the first time with Taxplanners. I must say I am very impressed with their work and tax return calculations of my and my-wife tax return. There is no single mistake I found which normally my previous tax agent people were doing. Well done !!!
