Very professional! David from tech dry explained to my elderly mother about her situation. It wasn't salt damp . But was water moister . We offered to pay the company for there time but they didn't charge us at all . I don't know too many companies that do that ! David even explained the best way to repair the wall that had the water damage. What a wonderful guy ! From Antonia and con in Fitzroy.

The fear does not disappear. We were convinced to use TechDrys new technology some 14 years ago when we renovated. Signs of salt damp appeared within 2 years. Despite Neills superficial attempts to fix the problem, he rather blamed the builder. He partially replastered 2 walls to attempt to prove that the builder had used the wrong plaster. But still the salt damp reappeared. His plate res were hopeless to. He also admitted that he is no longer using the system because of its problems. He has left us with holes in our external walls, and a rising salt damp problem. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Our circa 1900 cottage was in need of significant work. We went with Techdry initially for the removal of the 1970's concrete render and provision of salt damp treatment. Neil was really responsive and easy to communicate with. Once we realised that they also carried out restoration work we decided to have them do the restoration work it desperately needed. BEST DECISION POSSIBLE. From the outset the whole process was just terrific. The stonmasons listened to what we wanted re the finished appearance of the cottage. They were friendly,responsive and meticulous in their work and clearly take great care and pride in what they do. They have given the cottage a new lease on life and it is so pleasing to have had such skilled and committed people working to provide such a great result. Absolutely recommend Techdry for salt damp treatment but also for the quality of the tradesmen they have working for them. Very impressed and satisfied.

We got a lot of quotes but they were by far the most professional. Their staff were courteous, prompt and their workmanship was outstanding. They left the place as they found it. We were very impressed and would use this company again and again.
