I am so grateful that John was able to remote into our computer. My late husband failed to keep up the security and other updates because of his declining health. I struggled day after day attempting to update a new security application to allow me to take control over the computer. I ended up so frustrated and in tears because I just couldn't do it alone. Our Protection Plan does just that, protects you not only for anti virus, and anti spyware, keeps your operating system up to date with all the latest security patches, as well as the maintenance Monday - where you get a mini tune up every week. The recent benefit for you was the monitoring solution - where we were able to detect that bad blocks were on your hard drive - and if it had gone undetected, eventually your hard drive would have failed - leaving you with a possible data recovery - with many corrupted files too.
