I have purchased lots of gaming things (mice/keyboards) and gunnar glasses from them over the last few years.

They quite often have what I am after in stock. Sometimes I have to wait. I might buy my new gaming computer from them.

I ordered two 20m Cat6 networking cables. The package came the next day but it only contained one of the requested items. I called them up straight away and within 3 hours a new courier had dropped off the 2nd item. A good result and handling of what appears to have been a minor glitch in the picking/packing process.

I ordered a TomTom beanbag for my father on fathers day this year ((mid September)) and to this day November 18th so over two months later i still havent received my item after many calls to Tech Buy and when their website says the date my item will be delievered that date changes and is a further 2 or 3 weeks. I have since gone to RYDA in Petersham and the same item was in stock and cheaper.

Tech Buy is highly not recommended they are unreliable and take weeks and weeks with no results.

Dont waste your time or money ! !
