Disappointing experience & incredibly poor customer service should sum this up. Picked a product of the shelf and went to purchase it, to be told the price displayed on the item ($24.95) is incorrect and in fact need to pay $10 more. The store manager took over and would not agree to sell the item as priced. Normally, would understand and agree, but the tone of voice was insulting and kept saying that it would be like giving it away for free. We were really there to purchase an item and pay the price as displayed. If due to they’re incompetence the price was not updated, that’s not the customer’s problem, right? False advertising would be the term that also fits here also. Could not stand the overall atmosphere that the whole thing created, the disrespectful agitated manager that would make such a “circus” for a potential $10 profit loss. The word to sum this store up best? Expensive.
Of course they don't actually have prices on most of their gear and it's hidden away behind glass doors so you have to be harassed by their staff to actually find out it's way out of your price range. They do have catalogues out with discounted goods, but on the whole I've found them disinterested in those.
Perhaps they are professionals - they certainly spend a lot of time talking their goods up - but after a couple of visits I know I won't be back unless photography becomes my job.

Any camera gear I need I go to teds camera store because they know what they are talking about and are helpful to what I need they also have a great range and good products.
