I would like to comment on the abysmal service my children received at this store yesterday by 'Megan'. I live overseas and my children (15 & 17) went into the store as they are having trouble with their sims. Megan outright refused to serve them as they are under 18. My children called me (on their brother's phone) and I offered any way to try and prove my, or their, identities. Nothing. She would not consider any way to help them, leaving two children with no means to communicate when their parents live overseas. She said we needed to be present to prove our identities and wrote the children off. Absolutely disgraceful. I have since emailed Telstra support to try and fix this problem from afar (they have been very helpful). All advice I would have expected someone in store to give. I am making this comment online as I can't call the 1800 number from overseas to complain directly. Shame on you Megan.
Went into telstra store at Carindale but was told I would have to wait an hour and a half.Cant complain about the service here there was none.I spoke to a female who gets around with a clipboard and because I complained about the wait she said,dont speak to me like that,a precious little thing she is.I have been a telstra customer for years and this sort of service is outrageous,just about the worst telstra store I have been in. Carindale has got to be the WORST Telstra store I've ever been in and that says something. Badly managed and was just a shambles! Had some staff member walking aimlessly around with an iPad and then they directed me to the wrong staff member. Manager seemed rude and very unprofessional... Not only her demeanor but her state of dress and she just wanted to go out for her lunch apparently. Great experience!!!
Went in with my older parents to get them a new bundle - I had to sell the bundle to them as the telstra rep was useless and not knowledgeable - they were on a 25GB Cable account paying $98 but spending $40+ on STD Calls - staff didn't think to offer the new plan which whilst another $7 a month saved my parents $37. The staff then didn't sell my father a prepaid phone I had to go and show him them and how they worked.
I wish this was the first time CARINDALE store had let me down but unfortunately its only the most recent time
