Telstra Wangaratta

just come home from telsta in wangaratta. Was there for 30 min. I was sitting across from the office where i saw 4 of the staff sitting.There were 6 people waiting to be sean too. Rude,lacking in people skills, and just bad.

Rude. Inpatient. For a business that's in communications the people in this shop are very lacking, they seem to think they are so superior and haven't any patience
Seeing an older deaf woman being badly treated and mocked. I don't know who they think they are and they obviously don't know what they are doing else they would not behave in such an ill manner

I have dealt with a couple of people at this store and their idea of customer service is atrocious. You get different stories depending on who you talk to. They are also condescending to people who aren't up with the latest technology and don't seem to understand the needs of the older demographic. I refuse to deal with this store. If you need a Telstra Shop, go to Albury.

To find a link between over the phone telstra and us the consumer is a hard thing. We need someone who can translate the bills, decipher the jargon and make telstra good experience.
The shop in wangaratta is all of the above and more, they go above and beyond. Fantastic service
