I couldn't give this place a lower review...BIG below 0.Inzuficient food,staff that doesn't speak or understand English, $11.00 corkage for a bottle of wine and another $11.00 for another one that we didn't open..Will never go there again and will not recommend it to anyone..God help you if you go with a dinning voucher as they will come up with extra charges and make up reasons as they go to compensate for the vouchers value...
Being my first teppanyaki experience, I was a little disappointed. Although we made a booking, we had to wait for about 20 minutes for patrons to finish and staff to clear enough room at the teppanyaki bar. The food was average and wasn't really enough to make a proper meal so I left feeling a little hungry. The tricks and performance, however, were enjoyable - very skilled chefs!
I am appalled about what should have been a fun night to remember turned into an night of deep regret.
When I called ahead to make the booking I asked if they cater for young children as it would be a family gathering. The woman on the phone said yes they could even do a children's table. This fact was a total falsehood. The staff dished the children which were as young as 3 years old some scolding hot miso soup. My first time out in teppanyaki cuisine was a huge experience.
This place was great, the atomosphere was perfect with the friends!
Food was fresh and mouth watering!
I can't believe i caught the egg, i also caught my fried rice!
If you want a good time out to remember, with your pals you should make a reservation at Tem Ichi Parramatta.
