I have been attending Tensegrity studio since the beginning of the year. Initially as I had a knee strain.. I found Tracey an excellent instructor who gives individual asessment and instruction. I attend two classes a week, both influenced by dance with the emphasis on correct bone stacking . I would highly recommend Tensegrity.
