Their crispy pork is as hard as rock (well.. almost). Their loyalty program is a fraud. they wouldn't deduct $11.90 off the total bill. What is the point of having a loyalty program if you are not really willing to give it to your customers. Stay away from this place. Staff & owner has 0 customer service skills. Terrible.
Serving pretty average food, Thainatown is nothing out of the ordinary when it comes to the standard and popular dishes, like pad thai. One of the main things that sets it apart from most Thai restaurants is that it caters to more customers by offering dishes with offal, like pigs blood and liver. For anyone who hasn't tried it, I'd recommend coming here to be adventurous.

When I saw the menu, it was quite surprising that they do not have lunch specials like other Thai restaurants nearby, so the prices for their lunch items is pretty much of the comparable dinner menu items at other ...read more
