The Australian Hotel

While this may not have been the best pub that I have been to, it still had a bit of life to it, and it was rather comfortable as well. Some of the country pubs can be intimidating, but this one certainly wasn’t. In fact they even had a disco going on, and it wasn’t even country and or western music that they were playing. While not one of the best I still did like this pub.

Driving back to Sydney from Kingscliff, NSW we had to stop, revive and survive. We found heaven on Earth. Hungry, tired and needing good feed to prevent possible insanity, the Australian Hotel took great care of us.



The steaks here are exceptional and the chips, salad and mushroom sauce toped it off. Have not had a better simplem steak meal in yonks!



THey delivered and I highly recommend anybody who drives through Grafton, to stop by and say high to the lads and ladettes and ask for a good ol' steak with mush sauce.
