I am visiting Bentleigh, and needed a haircut today. My usual barber that I use was too far away, so I checked on the internet and this place looked good, so I went for a haircut. What a mistake. I walked away with the worst haircut I have ever had. The 'barber' was totally incompetent and couldn't follow basic instructions. This is the result of barbers being unregulated. I could set up a barber shop next week, with no prior experience or training, and start cutting peoples hair (this seems to have happened with this place). Avoid avoid avoid.
