My stay at The Bays was exceptional. The nurses were all so caring and responsive, they came quickly whenever I needed help and nothing I asked was too much trouble. I have stayed at a number of other private hospitals and this was by far my best experience as an inpatient.
I gave birth to both my children at The Bays a few years ago, and chose to have an elective procedure there because my stays on the maternity ward were so wonderful. I can attest that the nurses on the regular wards are just as amazing as the midwives.
My specialist doctor and his receptionist were also outstanding, professional and very caring. I'd highly recommend The Bays.
Lovely welcome at hospital entrance. Did the sign-in and temperature check. The staff member was friendly and went out of their way to give me directions for appointment. I was really impressed with this delightful staff member.
Arrived at Obs/Gyn and stunned at the unwelcoming manner at reception. It was cold and neglectful. I felt it was an appalling experience. Then for the 'professional' I felt that I was spoken to like a child and that they were caught-up in their own self-importance. Felt that the appointment could have offered so much more. Really disappointing and almost a waste of time.
