I had a fun few hours here last weekend, at the Willoughby venue ( apparently there's also a place at Centennial Park). I was the only lady but still made to feel welcome.
The teacher was a fun Irish chap called Seamus, what a laugh, but he is also a good teacher. The course I
booked into was called Beer and Seafood, and so we drank craft beer and learnt how to BBQ seafood. Nice quality barramundi, kingfish and sword fish were in the menu, mussels too. Interesting recipes and all good fun..
Perfect for bonding, and you get to eat the food you cook, how good is that ?
I never really understood why all men should be perfect at BBQ cooking and should always do it. I have feared going to barbecues all my life as I have burned so many stakes in my life, but after taking a class here I haven't felt more confident in my life. At whatever party we are invited I am always asked to prepare the meat and receive compliments for it. Thank you guys you were all very understanding and helpful.
