I started going to this very pleasant and well situated cafe about 6 months ago. I found the service friendly and quick, and the coffee excellent. Sadly I've recently noticed a distinct drop off in the service. At times I've waited for table service which is very slow if it comes at all. The friendliness has gone. The main disappointment was when I discovered they'd taken the mixed platter (meat, cheese etc) off the menu. When I asked why they said it was "off the rotation". How silly! Enough said.
