From the moment I stepped foot in the front door, Irena and her assistant Ella were amazing!!! I felt like a princess being looked after as I looked for my wedding dress. I was assisted with looking for a gown with many varieties and then trying them on. Irena was very attentive asking me what I wanted in my gown and helping me as much as she could. I cannot recommend her enough! She is a beautiful lady with many years of experience, including international styling of models. Not once did I feel like they were pushy but just wanting to assist with my dream wishes for my special day. She has also assisted me with other details and suggestions of jewelry, make up and hair styles. Girls if you are looking for a wedding dress, formal dress or ball gown...hands down amazing! I visited the bridal company in July 2018 on a Saturday and the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was advised that it would take over 9 months for an off the rack gown to be delivered and that there was no way to fast track the order. This was despite me seeing the page that said there as a fast tracking service available for an additional fee. Compared to other bridal stores I visited I would give the bridal company zero stars.
An absolutely lovely store to visit! I can't express how helpful and delightful the staff were towards myself and my fellow friends (and bridesmaids). The service here is professional, supportive and simply incredible and it made the experience so much more enjoyable. I ended up finding the perfect wedding dress here and I owe it all to the ladies at The Bridal Company (who have since let me try the dress on several times after I first saw it). My friends and I were completely blown away by the sincerity of the wonderful staff here, and I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for their 'perfect dress' or something for a formal occassion. I'm so glad that this was the first Bridal store I visited because they have set the benchmark for the best service out there. A big thankyou to the ladies at The Bridal Company - words can not express how much you have positively impacted my wedding!
The staff at this store are lovely. Myself and two other friends/brides began our search for our dream dresses here. For one of us the search ended here. We each tried on a number of dresses but nothing blew us away more then when my friend found her dress. There were tears and smiles from both us and the staff. When we popped in the next weekend to place a deposit on the dress the standard of service was still wonderful. And even though myself and the other friend had found our dresses at different stores they wanted to know all about them and had advice for us. This place is a must see especially if you live on the Gold Coast.
