Cake was nice.. but they left the plastic on the transfer. Wondered why we couldn't cut it.

I was at the Malaga store in Wa today and I experienced the worst customer service ever. My family has been loyal customers to this store since it first started, but we're sad to say that today changed our mind about them. They have excellent products and that hasn't changed but it's amazing how one incident can ruin years of trust.
