The chicken run has a great reputation for good quality takeaway food after being on the south coast for over 20yrs.we have fans of our fish & chips from locals to celebrities.we have a huge menu to choose from so there is always something for the whole family.Fish,chips ,burgers,steak sandwiches,beef,& chicken schnitzels.The favourite being our roast chickens of course..we also old time favourites like dim Sims,potato fritters,nuggets,chicko rolls,crumbed sausages & pineapple & banana fritters.There are healthy options too,we have a great range of salads too all made fresh in store.As well as salad sandwich's rolls & wraps.Or maybe a Caesar salad wrap,grilled fish burger,or vege burger. We are open 7 days a week,yes including Christmas day.For orders only.we have a lovely outside eating area.so the whole family can enjoy & relax,while enjoying the great food & service our shop has to offer..The locals say we have the best of every thing on the south coast.

My partner and I bought chips, pineapple fritters and potato cakes tonight because we wanted something yum for dinner. But it seems to have gone downhill! We had a rough dinner few weeks back but thought we give it another shot. Well, the pineapple fritters were not crunchy and slightly soggy, the potato cakes were burnt on the outside and still hard in the centre not nice to bite into and the chips oh god the chips that were once the nicest ever were so oily and burnt i couldnt eat them! What happened to the business?
