The Cooks Larder

We had a group booking on a public holiday, but the service was efficient and friendly. The food was rather nice - I had the steak sandwich. The sticky date pudding was delicious. It's a very nice cafe, and although a little more expensive than some, the food is worth it. Only wish it was licensed!

What a great cafe/restaurant! The coffee is great, the staff quick to come and serve and the food is a few notches above what you expect from such an informal environment. And the decor... we love the big chunky tables and all the kitchen implements hanging around you! Great place!
