Sat in showroom for 5-10 minutes, no one approached me, moved from there to used car section. Had a test drive with agent, agreed a price (agent was to ring back to confirm). Still waiting for my call back and have now found out the vehicle is sold. Wish I'd listened to other online reviews!!! Avoid at all costs!!
The dealership is no bad and I have purchased 3 Subarus from them. However, the service centre attached to this dealership, the one on River Rd North Parramatta is appalling. They have no concept of follow through or follow up and its because they are smug in the knowledge that they own the proprietary software for our cars and so we have no choice but to endure a long and troublesome future with them.
After sale service is as important, if not more important than the sales Denlo! Its what guarantees repeat customers. Clean up the act of your service centre. Its gone downhill significantly since I last purchased a subaru 8 years ago.
Service was TERRIBLE! Sure they are friendly and seem busy... but its only because they create work for themselves by making so many mistakes. I've had a saga that has lasted 3 months. They have lost my car, and then my paperwork. On top of that, my car broke down the day after they returned it to me and it took them 2 weeks to book a day to fix. I was told (by accident) that they had wired something wrong. My car still makes strange noises. I was suppose to get a refund and they have only refunded some of the amount they promised me.
I've decided to take my car to other automotive group who seem much more genuine, and willing to spend more time in taking good care of my car.
Jon T was a true gentleman when it came to choosing between a Mazda 2 or Toyota Yaris.He was honest, kind considerate and allowed us plenty of time to talk,discuss and evaluate .He wasn't pushy and took the time to discuss insurance. I would thoughly recommend him to any family or friend looking for a used car.
