If I could give this 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use these travel agents... Google says they're closed, but I am currently still dealing with them so they seem to be up and running which is very unfortunate. I have experienced the worst customer service ever, including having been lied to multiple times. This company is not looking out for you, they are just looking to give you a quick simple answer (which may or may not be the truth) so you can leave them alone. I have almost missed my transportation (booked by them) because they were so unwilling to help and look into simple things such as - "where do I find the shuttle when I get to the airport?" They completely ruin holidays - they don't make them better, even if they can get you a somewhat cheaper deal.
