The Dish Cafe

Cold coffee... Tepid pie.. Great scones... Took 30 minutes to get our order complete. Staff inexperienced and cranky .
Chosen and mushroom pie was all pastry and not much inside....

Best to buy a Magnum and watch The Dish.

Nice cafe situated right in front of the world famous Parkes Telescope! We attended the visitors center and walked outside to check out the sights of the famous dish that was built in 1961. It was a warm day and this cafe was a good place to sit in the shade and have a nice cold drink. They offered all the other things that cafes do, such as coffee and treats.
