The Dough Collective

Dough Collective has managed to make a mark in the retail bread market by selling freshly baked, newly flavoured breads amongst other things. And it has recently set up shop at Bondi Junction.

Whilst the shop is a lot smaller than their George St flagship store, the product range is still quite extensive. They stock up the usual savoury and sweet breads, loaves, baguettes, scones, and sliced cakes too.

Over the few times I visited and bought from this place, the staffs have always been very courteous and accommodating. During my last visit, I bought their orange ring bread and an apple turnover, both were quite fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced for high quality breads.

As of now, they seem to be having a lot of promotions up to buy-one-get-one free offers from some of their marketing partners. However, if you can't seem to find them, regular visitors also can pick up rewards card which will give more value to the dollar.
