An intimate and elegant restaurant in Sanctuary CoveThe Fireplace restaurant is located on the lower level of The Great House, and has an atmosphere reminiscent of a private dining room in a large manor house.
With cherry wood wine cabinets, classic rustic decor and signature wood-fired oven provide the perfect stage for our chefs to create delicious contemporary grill and provincial style cuisine. With an extensive menu changing with the seasons our signature dishes of; Roasted Field Mushroom, Slow roasted free range duck or Tajima Wagyu all cooked in a unique wood-fired oven. Wine lovers can enjoy an extensive wine list with a touch of fancy French bubbles for that special occasion.
