The Fitness Guys

I purchased something from the fitness guys online, after a week of it not arriving (only living 100kms away). I called them to chase it up, and I was told it is on its way and they will call me back asap. Never receiving a call, I called again the next day, and was again told it should be there soon. After another week of not receiving it, I called them. and was told it had to come from Sydney and is on its way now. So I waited ANOTHER WEEK, (total three weeks for something that was meant to only be 100kms away). I called again and was told they are out of stock and it isn't coming. The fitness guys never once called me, I had to call every time. And they said nothing can be done and I wasn't compensated at all.

I have spent the last year shopping at The Fitness Guys regularly and I have spent in excess of over $10,000 with this store. I have always had my products delivered the same day, absolutely free of charge. I can call them up, let them know what I'm trying to find, they'll source whatever I need and send me pictures and specs of my options within a few minutes. I don't even bother shopping for my gym equipment anywhere else because it's so easy to deal with the guys down at the Brisbane store.

I found The Fitness Guys online and I drove all the way from the Gold Coast to visit their Brisbane Store. The gym equipment, boxing gear and massive Crossfit Rig in the center of the store was amazing. I was able to try all the equipment before I bought and the staff were all exceptional. The stand out was the quality of the equipment, nothing like cheaper stores, it was exactly what I needed.

I ended up spending a few hours just chatting to the staff there and found everything I needed to deck out my own CrossFit style home gym in my garage on the Coast. Surprisingly, they offered me free delivery and I had my huge order delivered into my garage that afternoon.

I bought product online from these guys 14 days ago, recieved confirmation and payment reciept. Nothing for 10 days and I called 3 times to find out the eta of my order only to be told I would get a call back......... this never happened! I called again only to be told that the prices were wrong on the internet the day I purchased and they would not be honoring my purchase - needless to say I have made a formal complaint with the ACCC!

I believe many people are quick to write bad feedback, but my experience at The Fitness Guys in Underwood was exceptional and I can't help but sign up and write a great review about the service I experienced.

I was helped by a young member of staff and after shopping all around the gym equipment stores Brisbane, I was well aware of all the different products and I thought I knew it all. The sales team member helped me find everything I needed and the amount of knowledge every single staff member had about the product was unbelievable, I've never experienced so much knowledge about individual products and the depth of information was something I'd never seen before.

I left the Underwood store smiling with high quality pieces of gym equipment including a Home Gym, Rower and Weights. All these great products for reasonable prices. Thanks!
