The Furniture Trader

Furniture trader place is really good with good quality furniture. We bought almost all furniture of our house from this place.BUT Mananger named MARK is not helpful at all..Very aggressive and loud in front of other customers. He yelled at us.. the Other man working there even felt sorry for his managers rude behavior. Shop owner need to look into this otherwise he gonna loose his customers.

furniture delivered is defective, damaged and of very poor quality.The timber quality is also pathetic. This store and website is a rip off. Their claims team will make excuses for every defect or damage. Their customer service has denied any exchange or refunds and want me to paint on top of the scratches with a corrector pen.

I have been looking to buy new bedroom furniture for myself and I am blown away by the amazing prices for such beautiful and hard to find quality furniture. This is without even entering the showroom yet. I am truly excited about for first purchases in the immediate future at the furniture trader in Cooper St Epping

Furniture trader Epping has to be the WORSE! Quality is a ridiculous and customer service is ok when you are buying but worst when there are issues. We bought a lounge suit and coffee table both are worst quality. I went back to them and their response that you should be aware of this before purchase, this has been the BIGGEST joke!

Coffee table has loose screw and lounge suit fabrics looks like very old. I bought this 6 months ago...

I would highly recommend people PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they are the worst furniture shop....and also not cheap at all ...if you shop around you will find out much better quality and price.....I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE...

Pretty good quality stock, expensive in ridiculous areas, they don't do deals when bulk buying.

Horrible customer service, customers waiting for a minimum of 30 minutes. Also horribly rude sales people.
