I give only 1 Star because it was the cheapest product in the market. Everything else is bad, customer service kept throwing me around the different departments, they even hung up on me. The worst is the delivery, 7 hours late AFTER they messaged me saying they’re on the way to drop it off, kept calling them then finally replied my message saying they’re 15mins away, but they arrived 90mins later!!! The product had a Jamie Oliver cutlery set promo which is worth $200, they never told me to go online to claim it, in fact STEVE T told me they will deliver it with my dishwasher!!! Dishwasher came (7hours late) and no cutlery set!!!!!!!!
Very poor customer service. We bought a fridge 3 months ago. It stopped working. It took Good Guys more than 2 weeks to organise how to be fixed. The shop team leaders treated the matter in very poor way and were unsympathetic that a family with 2 kids are living for weeks without fridge. We will never shop at Good Guys again.
Bought washing machine.It was faulty. Rang the store said they will replace. I was advised that it will be delivered 20April.I took a day off work but when I rang they sid that they don't have it in stock.Then Anne promised it will delivered on 26 April. Took another day off. Try to ring a few times they said she's with the customer. I ask for the manager I was advised she's also with the customer. However, every time I went to the store it's very hard to get someone assistance. No one ring back. Just beware of their customer service it so very very very very very bad, it's not even worth a rating - BIG ZERO!!!! Beware Shopping at this Good Guys Auburn at your peril!
