The Good Guys

Pathetic is the word for the store and its manager.
Instead of returning a product that was still under warranty but broke down within a couple of months, the manager misbehaved with me and tried putting the blame on me. Finally, after a lot of negotiations, she agreed to give me a store voucher.However, said that she is doing a favour by doing so.I could not believe my ears when she said that.
Hate this store and never again.

We bought a washing machine and asked it delivered next day afternoon. In the morning next day, we got a phone call saying delivery guy waiting at our front gate. There's no one at home. He said we would have to rebook for delivery even though we initially wanted it in the afternoon. So we rebooked it for the next day and took a day off of my job and waited all day. A call was received in the afternoon saying that for some reason delivery hadn't been booked. So now we have to wait another 2more days. Ridiculous situation!! Never come back for this shop.
One more, we had to pay extra money for rebooking!! Even more amazing!!

I drove an hour to pick up a part that I called to check they had in stock, they told me they physically checked to see if the part was there and it was. I then drove over an hour home empty handed because apparently it's too hard to do their job right.

We went here to get a microwave and came away with over $1500 worth of appliances.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We did find that the concierge follow up was a bit slack. We asked for some assistance and were told they would email us the details, and they never did.
Regardless, we would still go back here and purchase from here again.

Don't bother going to this store. Have dealt with them a couple of time now, first encounter we had to wait nearly 20 mins for a staff member to contact the management in order to price match a quote from a competitor (we were setting up the majority of our house and spending quite a considerable amount of money) and were later told them was MIA & there was nothing they could do. We went with the competitor as they could definitely get us a better deal & their customer service was above & beyond. My second encounter with the good guys Carseldine was not good either. They said they would deliver the goods on one day, failed to knock or call when 'they arrived' and said they would be back the following day. I had stated to the staff member that notified me of the issue that I would be home after a certain time & they confirmed that they will arrive after such a time.
