I was very impressed with the considerate and helpful customer service. I needed a replacement television at short notice. After speaking with a member of the sales team on Friday morning, the television was delivered and set up perfectly by Saturday morning. I was kept informed of my order progress with regular phone calls. The entire experience exceeded my expectations.
Customer Service is very terrible, tried to call over two consecutive days & only managing to be placed on hold for long periods re-looped back to front desk… I wouldn’t dare go into store & wait 1/2 day. Far easier to shop on-line from their competitors than dealing with this dodgy organization.
Shocker, Wanted to buy a Coffee Machine but had to walk out with no staff available to serve me. I had to ring inside the shop just to get someone attention. When finally a staff member approach me who I said the other business across the road could do a better deal on the Coffee Machine staff said "Well go to them we wont match the price"
Go elsewhere the reviews on this Frankston Store say it all.
I spent over $4000 for my new kitchen in this store Sales staff were great. A Samsung Navibot that I bought at the same time stopped working after 21 days, my god what a performance to get it replaced I still had the original packaging receipts etc but no... I couldn\'t just have a replacement it had to go back to Samsung. 4weeks later I still don\'t have my replacement. The staff are rude. Do not shop here after they\'ve taken your money they don\'t give a d***.
On Monday 11th November, 2013 I bought an ACER laptop from this franchise. I wanted an HP but there sales staff talked me into buying an ACER Aspire E1 because they said it's the best performer/value for money they had and that "they had rung all their relatives to tell them to buy this machine as it was such a good deal, and had sold 18 the previous weekend".
The ticket price was over $800 and they said they could let me have it at $646 so I bought it on their recommendation.
20th November, 2013 I get a Good Guys catalogue in with the newspaper to find that it's now marked at only $498. I feel ripped off and if I don't get a refund for $148 will not shop at ANY Good Guys again. I'll let everyone I now aware of my experience too.
I too bought an Acer in July 2012 on their advice (An Acer Aspire Desktop) . Had it for less than 6 months and it,s "Main Board" crashed in front of my eyes ! Took it back to The Good Guys for repair at Acer . Got it back late January 2013 and was not happy with the Comp ! The Comp was not returned to me in the order that i bought it !..Several programs (Or Drivers) were not programmed back into the Comp ! Took me several days and much angst to get it operational ! Will never but another Acer product again !
