The Grand BBQ

I go here sometimes, meals priced quite cheaply and reasonably. My family was the only customers one day (late at night), and we were talking about some private matters. Our table was next to a tall bench/some sort of counter that blocked us from seeing the other side (perhaps it was a cooking bench). After we talked, in which the conversation was pretty heated, a staff suddenly arised from behind the bench and gave us a concerned look. They were sitting through our entire conversation and we felt our privacy was breached. We were a bit embarrassed but I felt that the staff had no right to listen, they could have walked somewhere else, where they were not able to hear us.

I have been going here for many many years since working in the city. Its based in a food mall just in the arcade within the Target centre. There has been many changes along the years to this center. You can pick up a noodle or rice dish for around $10. A cheap eatery, its a quick service, the food are eatable a number of varieties to select from. Cant go wrong for a quick lunch bite or something to takeaway. They offer great crispy pork and duck dishes. Cant always expect the best customer service, as it seems to be a numbers game for the business. Pick your dish, pay for it and move on to wait for your number to be called when the dish is ready. I have never had a bad experience with the food or the service. If you passing by this centre or looking for a cheap eatery I would highly recommend this place
