The Hair Experience Norah Head

Two ladies who work there talk to each other and did not talk to me. On their phones a lot. Took in a colour photo of my own hair (a previous coulour and style that I had) and Naomi quoted me about $225.-250. to get it to that colour in a couple goes. $600 into it - my hair was still brassy orange (seriously, the photo I showed you was of ME, not Elle!)! The last time I was there I was put at the sink to wait for an hour - I am disabled. Oh, and they do a lot of kiddie haircuts so kids flying around in the chairs, spilling drinks all over. I would NEVER go back there! Not good manners and not good hair styles. Plus, the jungle gym with all the kids was horrible - I want to be pampered when I get my hair done.

These ladies gave me an amazing makeover! My hair looked chick and sleek and amazing and was easy to care for. I LOVED my new colour! The staff is lovely and friendly and had so many helpful suggestions. I walked out feeling and looking a million dollars! Thanks so much!!!

Reasonable pricing but the colour was completely wrong for me, they don't seem to be up to date with latest techniques, fine if you just want a trim or blow-dry but you could do better if looking for a style change.

it was definately a hair experience. the girls were so nice and it was good just to go and relax. definately the head massage was the best..

as for the colour and cutting. the girls are all very qualified and always go to courses so that i get the best.
