Great parking, open late and bulk bill. Such a great asset to have on my doorstep.

This is the first time I am coming to this medical centre, I knew I have to pay for the private dr but the lady in reception hold my madicar card and said she needs to make sure how much dr going to charge me! I can not understand why she should be this rude to me I am not going to skip! I even told her I can pay it right now but she said NO we have to see how much dr going to charge you! In their website said $70 for 20 minutes so I assume dr should ask for the same price! This behaviour is ridiculous and not professional at all! I wish I could give 0 star! Also after almost 1 hour passed of my appointment I am still waiting for dr!

There are always lack of GPs on duty and the queue is terribly long. It is such a huge Centre they should ensure more doctors are on duty especially during winter !

Terrible execution of cryotherpy by a female doctor.
Caused burns on normal skin and did not check with a microscope if the patient's foot really had warts or not.
Did not detail the side effects of treatment.
No advice was given for post care but was only given when asked.
She continued to press again onto the wart after my short cry of pain... (what even?)
The result of treatment led to the purchase of additional creams and numbing lotions.
Treatment felt hurried.
The doctor immediately invited the next patient to come in leaving my other queries not being able to be answered.
