I love the Cinemas at the Jam Factory. The seats are spacious and you don't feel like you are sitting on top of the person next to you or behind you and they show some really interesting art house movies from time to time also. Even better, you can pop out and grab a coffee and bring it back in with you. I accidentally wandered from one cinema to another this way and wound up watching a really excellent movie.
My displeasure in this organization is being polite. In November I paid good hard earned money to experience the Gold class experience, what I got was anything but....I was left bruised and very upset and was not left with the experience that was advertised on their screens. I reported this to Village Cinema complaints dept. Only to be left with the treatment that "you got my money now go away".
I paid $200 for Gold Class 3D experience and received the experience from Hell. They kept my child waiting for an hour for her drink but her popcorn (which ironically makes one thirsty) comes out as soon as the lights dim...go figure.
