The Jitterbugs

What a shame. So much potential, but total lack of management let it down. Have just returned from a visit after my 4 year-old son begged to be taken and first impressions were good. However, the visit was spoilt by a family with an out of control 7 year-old (too old to be in there in the first place - esp. since all the signs say max. age 6 years). One small child was kicked in the face and given a bloody lip, my son was called 'a baby' and antagonised. I also witnessed the 7 year-old spitting on the floor in the play area. The parents seemed oblivious and as for the management of Jitterbugs? They were friends with the parents and all 3 sat drinking coffee whilst this went on and the other manage didn't say a word and just smiled inanely at me when I asked the parents to please watch what their boy was doing. I have taken my children to Jitterbugs castle hill a handful of times. After seeing young babies taken in there with their Mums and spit up all over the equipment, I asked the staff how often the equipment was cleaned. I was told it wasn't cleaned. I then ( purely out of my weeks events ) was at Castle Hill for the next week and was able to see the staff arrive, set up and open the place, and pack up and leave each day for 2 weeks. There was definitely NO cleaning involved ever. I asked the management casually a week later as they were in store and they said it was cleaned everyday. I told them that I had seen the staff arrive and leave a couple of times without the place being cleaned, in which I experienced treatment no customer should receive.



I will not EVER walk in this place again, and in fact, will go out of my way to tell people NOT to go.



They have no customer service skills.



STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

We organised a 5th birthday party for my son at the castle hill venue for 11:00am. When we reached the venue we found that nothing had been set up including no sitting arrangements for the parents of the kids.
