good old fashioned service ! i needed 2 mango trees removed and James came highly recommended via word of mouth. he communicated via telephone and email at each step. gave a very reasonable quote within one day. when he came to do the job he noticed a bolt had fallen off a gate in the carport and offered to fix that at no extra cost. he left the yard spotless and took everything away. prompt and professional, i was impressed.
If all businesses had customer service this good we'd all be happy customers!! James was friendly, on time and professional. He called as soon as he started the job (I didn't here the door knock) and the whole process was just easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him again.
We had five large trees that needed removing...so we asked around and got onto James through word of mouth.... what a fantastic job he did. Very thorough, very reasonable with price and he even left the grounds clean and tidy! He managed to fell large trees with out damaging any of my fruit trees - very happy.

What a find! James has now removed quite a few large dead trees from our property and we have been so impressed with his work.
