Well I went to the show room where I was meet by the reception staff. I told staff I wanted some advice as I was going to install a wet kitchen / Scullery. Things started off well, a "designer" came out and spoke to me and staff was nice enough, but I wasn't convinced staff entirely knew what staff was doing as was putting things in the kitchen that just weren't going to fit. I mean, a quick look at the dimensions would have indicated is was a small room. Anyway, I filled out the details form and I was told that staff could have something drawn up in a couple of days. Almost 2 weeks later I haven't had an email or phone call. I went to the other kitchen store and they were excellent.
After the owner of the business read my review, he took the time to call me directly and apologise for the delay in the process. He was extremely polite and apologetic and after re reading my review he could have been excused for being a bit defensive but he wasn't. He offered to try an rectify my issues and I could not ask me than that, overall it was a constructive conversation and he actually thanked me for providing the feedback. I have since received an email to detail my plans so i'll review my options and go from there. IT was a great comeback and very appreciated.
First impressions last for these guys! We visited their showroom twice and both times we were not even greeted. On our second visit we left all of our details with their incompetent staff for a designer to contact us and arrange an appointment. After not receiving a call 2 days after we were told we would, I rang back myself and found out they had completely forgotten about us so I had to give them all of my contact details again with no apology what so ever for the inconvenience. It wasn't until 3 days later we finally got a call from a designer who I quickly told about the poor customer service we had already received (once again no apology) so I proceeded to tell her that we were no longer interested in giving them our business. Your loss The Maker, I was ready to spend $40k on a kitchen with you guys.
