The Ming Restaurant

I swear to god this is the best chinese place ever. The people on here that say iy is bad are shafting this place because of its "no racists" policy. The food is great and it gets even better when they throw out racists that insult the waiters. The food is delicious and the staff are awesome. I have lived in the area for 15 years and frequently eat here since its opening. I would kill for the seshwan beef they serve. 10/10

The worst and I mean WORST Chinese I have ever had. Tasteless, yet expensive, not a good combo (no pun intended) Boiled chicken in a stir-fry? Grey lamb in a Mongolian? Yum,totally disgusting and, btw, I've given it heaps of chances together it right. No more though.

Do not like the Ming at all. They have never got our order right. We complained about the prawn crackers being kinda chewy .. they took them away and i swear they brought the same ones out. we complained again they brought them out again. Seafood in my dish.. I asked them to leave the seafood out off. We ordered $80 worth of take away and had to return it because not only did they stuff up the order again... it tasted wrong.

We've been going to The Ming since it opened in Mundaring 7 odd years ago. Fantastic choice, nice personal service, excellent value for money. For many years we only were after their roast duck with ginger pineapple sauce on side, until we decided to be adventurous and try other dishes like Ming spare ribs, sweet and sour pork, honey chicken, seafood basket - all superb. Well done Leone! We need more places like that in the Hills.
