I am disappointed that on the last two occasions that I have gone to Passionate Baker for lunch -staff has served me and has made it very clear to me that they are annoyed that I have placed an order that needs to be made up instead of purchasing a pre made gourmet roll when all I would like is a plain sandwich.
Staff's customer service attitude will turn customers away.
