Always receive friendly and prompt service in this store. Purchased a couple of koi angels after not expecting to see them in the fish department and was pleasantly surprised - staff took the time to have a chat as well - I was treated like a human being and not an inconvenience!
Worst retail experience of my life. Was stalked around the store & later after spending $100 on pet products I was bag searched with at least 4 staff watching waiting, they found nothing of course. I told them I wouldn't be back. One of the staff then followed me to my car in the carpark screaming and swearing at me. I wish I'd never spent money there.
DO NOT use this Pet Barn. They are rude and don't care that they are rude.Management staff actually verbally insulted me when they delivered our $1700 new fish tank. They could not have cared less. I also tried to tell them that an item they carry had almost killed our turtles and ruined our $700 filter and they did not want to know about it. How can you own a pet store and not care about the welfare of animals? They were argumentative and TOTALLY unhelpful and rude. I see that others have posted about this before me. Wish I had read these reviews before spending my money there :-(
I was also verbally assaulted by them - even followed me to my car to keep yelling profanities after I left the store and said I would not be back
