Calling around plumbers to get even ballpark quotes for a very specific job was like pulling teeth, but he gave me a price straight up, and even though I apparently miscommunicated what exactly would be required, he stuck to that price and didn't complain.
I needed a leaking tap replaced, and needed the breach replaced in order to fit a tap I already had handy. Had a horrible experience with plumber from The Plumbing Professor; i called them to find out how far away they were after waiting an hour, when they arrived another hour later they complained that i had interrupted them from doing their paperwork back at the office. They spent approximately an hour unblocking the stormwater drain and bluntly reminded me that i had to pay them for 'dragging them away from the office' a number of times during that hour. They appeared more concerned about being paid rather than providing a service and doing the job. Just a really poor attitude and incredibly unprofessional. Will definitely not be using again.
