Poor after sales service, especially Michael. I purchase swim spa and after less than 5 months it has developed issues with fibre glass shell (manufactured in China). Best avoid this company.
2nd spa acrylic bubbling too. Internal pipe work below standard. Good to see these crooks no longer in business!
We purchased a big spa pool through them, thinking they were local and we liked the products. The person working for them, Ben, was very helpful, but unfortunately we are not allowed to deal with him as his time is only allowed when he is allocated a job by the store.
We have had a continual issue since purchasing, and the manager and son keep fobbing us off getting us to buy more products that aren't fixing the issue. We have had to go elsewhere for assistance. I have been in business for many years and I understand customers very well. I have always said if you want good customer service be a good customer!
These people (I have got to know all of them) have been fantastic to myself and my friends, they are very knowledgable and they take water quality very seriously, maybe you were having a bad day.
I would highly recommend this business, they have helped me so much and I cant stop thanking them. The spa I purchased is fantastic, I had a few problems with my water quality and they came by and fixed it for me after hours, what great service.
How on earth did you get them to do that? They won't even consider looking at ours.
we purchased a spa from the Pool & spa shop. really rude sales people, quite bullying. worst mistake ever!!!!we have had continuing issues with breakdowns and repairs. service staff keep telling use we need to purchase new parts not under warrantee, but the problems continue. they just don't have any after sales service commitment or ownership of their product.
we have had spas before from other companies ....not a problem! this one shocking!!!
