My husband and I eat here regularly. $4 of chips could easily feed 4 people and now I'm always disapointed if I eat chips elsewhere as they never give you the amount that these guys do! Fish is yummy, chips are always crunchy and gravy is the best. Service is good even when the girls are rushed.

If you can remember the last time you got enough chips to satisfy a family of 4 with $2 then don't bother reading on. Otherwise jump in the car & head to Narrandera for this shop if nothing else (I'm sure there's probably other good stuff in the town, but stop here first!). Their prices are amazing, we absolutely stuffed a family of 4 with hamburgers, chips, fish & nuggets for $25. They even sell $1 chip bags - who has seen that since flares & wide ties were in fashion (and I don't mean in Newtown today)? And their food was really just right for a good old fashioned fish n chip shop - the chips were cooked like they should be, some crunchy & the rest nice and soggy/crunchy, the burgers overflowed with toppings and we all loved it. Take a day trip and see why this shop lives up to its name - it really should be called 'the incredibly wow what a popular fish shop' I reckon.
